To request space, please begin by completing the “When and Where” and “Setup Information” sections.
Next, click the “Check Availability” button and click the Availability Tab. Choose a space by clicking the Green [+] box.
When selecting your venue, please keep in mind the following parameters:
- At this point the only building available on the Student Organization Room Request is the Comstock Memorial Union.
- Comstock Memorial Union
- At this point most of our rooms are available through this request.
- The Ballroom, Underground and Main Lounge are not included here. Please stop by the Administrative Office, CMU 115 to make that request, or call 477-2261.
If you have a specific venue and room you would like to request, make sure to check availability first. If your venue or room needs are flexible or if you would like a member of the Student Union Event Services staff to make a recommendation, you can select “no preference.”
Next, complete the “Details” tab, outlining your event logistics including any Equipment or Setup Needs. Please make sure to read the Terms and Conditions before submitting your request. A member of the Student Union Event Services staff will contact you to verify any outstanding details of your request or to confirm your reservation.
